They are there to help you with whatever service your subscribed to. Feel free to send them your requirements of the work to be done anytime and we will get started on it ASAP.

You will also have access to our mobile app (BUSINESS ROCKET) where you can book meetings, request work to be done and manage your subscription.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancel anytime with a simple push of a button. No need to call or contact us. You can manage your subscription on the mobile app or login to this website.

CAN I CHANGE PLANS AT ANY TIME?

Yes you can combine and change plans at anytime. Only pay the difference between the plans.

CAN I REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE TO WORK FOR ME?

Yes for whatever reason you don't like the team member your matched with, we will match you with someone you do like

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THEN 1 PERSON FOR THE JOB?

Simply get the number of subscriptions for the number of people you need for the job.

Example: I need 3 graphic designers I would then subscribe to the graphic designer subscription three times

IS IT REALLY UNLIMITED SERVICE FOR A SMALL MONTHLY FEE?

Yes! Get unlimited work done with no limits. You will have access to a full time employee in whatever service field you subscribed too. Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

HOW DO I REQUEST WORK TO BE DONE?

There are 3 ways you can request work to be done:

1) Send an email to TEAM@BUSINESSROCKET.CA

2) Message your Project Manager

3) Use our Mobile App

ALL EMAILS WILL BE REPLIED BACK TO UNDER 45 MINS DURING WORK HOURS

Please have service of work in subject line and account number in email.

***Sent email address must also match email we have on file for your account.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE WORK I RECEIVED?

Our aim is to make you as happy as possible with our services. For whatever reason if you don't like what we provide. We will work with you until we find a solution and your happy with the end result.

CAN I REQUEST MEETINGS?

Yes! To request a meeting download our mobile app (BUSINESS ROCKET) on iOS or Android.

Login to account and from there you can book online meetings with your dedicated team member or request in person meetings.
