You are essentially paying for our time with the monthly subscription fee.

2. Subscription and Access Your subscription grants you access to our team and resources depending on the subscription your subscribed to. We strive to provide quality services, but it is ultimately up to you, the client, to make the most of your subscription time.

3. Due Diligence and Capability Acknowledgment

The Client affirms that they have conducted all necessary and appropriate due diligence to their satisfaction regarding Business Rocket's capabilities, expertise, and ability to provide the services outlined in this agreement. Based on this due diligence, the Client has concluded that Business Rocket is competent and suitable to deliver these services according to the terms specified herein. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that they have relied upon their own investigation and judgment in selecting Business Rocket to perform these services.

4. No Refunds Policy Please note that Business Rocket operates on a strict no refunds policy. Once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable, regardless of the level of usage or satisfaction with our services.

5. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your subscription with Business Rocket at any time. However, we require a 30-day notice for subscription cancellation. This allows us to adequately wrap up any ongoing projects and provide any necessary assistance during the transition period. You will be liable for any subscription renewal fees within those 30 days.

6. Use of Services You agree to use Business Rocket's services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights All materials, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, music, videos, and other content provided by Business Rocket are the property of Business Rocket or its licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property rights and shall not be copied, distributed, or used in any way without prior written consent from Business Rocket.

8. Limitation of Liability Business Rocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms will be posted online. Your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Business Rocket operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Scope of Service  This subscription entitles the subscriber to access a team of digital marketing specialists. The payment is for unlimited access to these specialists depending on your subscription.  The specialists will endeavour to meet all subscriber needs, however, the subscription does not guarantee specific deliverables.
 

12. Exclusions of Service  The subscription fees do not cover any advertising expenditure on social media platforms. All such advertising costs shall be borne by the subscriber.

13. Geographical Limitation of Services  The videographer add on services are limited to major metropolitan areas only. Services outside these areas are not available under this subscription.

14. Additional Costs  The subscription fee is exclusive of server costs and any fees associated with third-party services, including but not limited to Shopify, Wix, Videographers and WordPress. The subscriber is responsible for these additional costs.
 

15. Consent for Email Marketing

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications from Business Rocket for marketing purposes. These communications may include but are not limited to, emails about new product offerings, special promotions, and updates about our services.

16. Withdrawal of Consent:

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time. Every marketing email from Business Rocket will include a link to unsubscribe from future emails. Alternatively, you can manage your email preferences in your account settings or contact our customer service team to opt-out.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. Free Trial Terms

a. Eligibility

Business Rocket offers a free trial period to new users who register on the site. The free trial period is available once per individual, company, or entity. Current or past subscribers of Business Rocket services are not eligible for another free trial period.
 

b. Free Trial Period

The free trial period lasts for 3 days from the date of account registration. Access to certain features or services during the free trial may be limited and is at the discretion of Business Rocket.
 

c. Automatic Enrollment and Billing

Upon the conclusion of the free trial period, unless you have cancelled your trial subscription through the provided mechanism on the Business Rocket platform before the end of the free trial, you will automatically be enrolled in the selected subscription plan and billed according to the current rates and billing cycles published on our website.
 

d. Cancellation

You may cancel your trial subscription at any time during the free trial period by accessing your account settings and following the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation, your access to the trial services will terminate immediately.
 

e. No Obligations

The free trial offer imposes no obligations on you, the user, other than those explicitly stated in these terms. You are not required to make any purchase or enter into a subscription at the end of your trial period.
 

f. Changes to the Free Trial Terms

Business Rocket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Free Trial Terms at any time. Your continued use of the free trial following the effectiveness of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Terms and Conditions for Data Analytics Services

​

1) Services Provided (Data Analytics Only) 

Business Rocket offers data analytics services designed to help businesses understand their data and make informed decisions. Our services include data collection, analysis, insights and reporting.

​

2) Pricing and Commissions

Our services are structured to be accessible, access to the analytics dashboard, are free to use, with free setup. The Client shall only pay a commission fee based on the increased results achieved through the use of the Services as follows:

• $1,000 and under = Free

• $1,001 to $10,000 increase = 5% commission

• $10,001 to $60,000 increase = 10% commission

• $60,001 and above increase = 15% commission

Commissions are calculated based on the total value generated by the use of our data analytics services in a monthly basis.

3) Free to Use and Setup

Business Rocket does not charge for the initial setup or access to our analytics tools. Our goal is to provide you with the insights you need to grow your business.

4) Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued monthly and are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

5) Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the services by any third party.

6) Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the data analytics tools, reports, and any other materials provided by Business Rocket are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use these materials without our prior written consent.

7) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information related to the analytics results confidential and to use such information only for the purpose of business improvement.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled in full.

9) Limitation of Liability

Business Rocket shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with the use of our services.

10) Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of our new terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Business Rocket is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
